Ron Solero is the founding member of Ghetto Transcends Potential Ltd. This producer/mc brings a distinctive cinematic sound to all of the tracks he produces. The originality in Ron’s tracks brings a movie like feel which sets the backdrop for the hard hitting political topics that are often tackled by the group. Ron Solero is constantly pushing the boundaries’ of what is Hip-Hop by using unique instrumentation and empowering concepts to put Hip-Hop back on its original path of education. Ron Solero has also branched out withfellow artist Just A Poet to create a series of mix tapes entitled “The Just Ron Files”. Taking this a step further Ron and Just reached out and formed a group called "Ghetto Coalition" with Shank Six Izzo from the Philadelphia based group Sound Bwoi Killaz and Rebel Coalition. Ron has also formed a duo with like minded artist MegaCiph to form the group “MegaSolero”. Ron has produced for artists such as YC the Cynic, Warren Britt, Jahmeke, Jess Jamez and Logic (UK) to name a few. Outside of producing/mcing Ron has created a clothing line to help expand the brand of “G.T.P”. Making sure that he stays true to his roots Ron offers a free credit workshops entitled "Understanding Your Credit" that teaches people how credit works and how to use it to your advantage. Ron also proves that he believes in the theory each one teach one so Ron also has a workshop for upcoming producers entitled "Beat Making 101" which teaches anybody with the thirst for knowledge the skills he has mastered.
